摘    要:通过在一般培养基中添加尿素、谷氨酸、葡萄糖等有机物,考察了菜茵衣藻混合营养培养的产氢效果。结果表明,含尿素混合营养培养菜茵衣藻产氢是含铵氮的培养基培养的6倍,无硫含尿素的混合营养培养具有最佳的产氢效果,是有硫含铵氮的培养基的10倍。谷氨酸及葡萄糖的添加对其生长和产氢也有促进作用,对菜茵衣藻生长和产氢促进作用的尿素的最佳添加量为0.25g/L,谷氨酸的最佳添加量为0.7g/L,葡萄糖的添加量为0.2g/L。

Abstract:The green algae Chlamydomonas reinhardtii was used to product H_ 2 when exposured to illumination after anaerobic incubation in dark.The anaerobic conditions induced hydrogenase activity to catalyse hydrogen evolution in the stage of illumination.The effect of sulfur free mixotrophic medium containing urea on hydrogen production with Chlamydomonas reinhardtii was studied, the influences of Glutamic acid and glucose.The results showed that hydrogen let out by the medium containg urea instead of NH _4 was 6 fold as that by the medium cantaing ammonium as nitrogen source,and the sutfur free medium containg urea instead of NH _4 was the optimal medium, by which the amount of H_2 produced was 10 fold as that by the medium containing NH _4 and SO 2- _4. The investigation indicated that appropriate contents of glutamic acid and glucose promote the grouth of the strain and H_2 production.The concentrations of urea,glutamic acid,glucose in the optimal medium were 0.25 g/L,0.7 g/L ,0.2 g/L respectively.
