摘    要:目的:观察MAccl(metastasis.associatedincoloncancer-1)在结肠癌中的表达并分析其与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:选择我院2001年1月~2011年12月收治的317例接受结肠癌根治术治疗的结肠癌患者为研究对象,通过免疫组织化学技术检测MACCl在结肠癌及癌旁正常结肠组织中的表达,并分析MACCl的表达与结肠癌患者临床病理指标和生存期的相关性。结果:MACCl在结肠癌中的阳性表达率选择高于癌旁正常结肠组织(P〈0.05)。MACCl的表达与肿瘤的大小、临床分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移均显著相关(P〈0.05),MACCl阳性表达病例的肿瘤体积较MACCl阴性表达病例大,临床分期较MACCl阴性表达病例晚,淋巴结转移和远处转移的发生率较MACCl阴性表达者高,均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。MACCl阳性表达病例的生存率和生存期均较MACCl阴性表达病例显著降低和缩短(P=0.01)。结论:MACCl的表达上调与结肠癌的发生发展密切相关,可能作为评估结肠癌患者预后的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the MACC1 (metastasis-associated in colon cancer-l) expression in colorectal carcinoma and investigate its relationship with clinicopathological'characteristics of colorectal cancer. Methods: 317 cases of colon cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2012 were selected, the expression of MACC1 in colorectal cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemieal technique. The correlation between MACC1 expression and clinicopathological parameters as well as survival were analyzed. Results: The positive MACC1 expression in colon cancer was higher than that in paracancerous tissues, the expression of MACC1 metastasis was significantly correlated with tumor size, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis. The tumor size of MACC1 positive cases were larger than the MACC1 negative cases. The clinical stage of MACCI positive cases were later than MACC1 negative cases. Number of MACC1 positive cases with lymph node metastasis or/and distant metastasis were more than MACC1 negative cases, (P〈0.05). Survival period of MACC1 positive cases than MACC1 negative cases was significantly shorter (P=0.01). Conclusion: Upregulation of the MACCI expression was closely related with colorectal cancer metastasis and prognosis, which may be a. reference index for the prediction of prognosis and recurrence of colon cancer.
