老年新生血管性青光眼患者治疗方案选择的影响因素分析

目的：探讨影响老年新生血管性青光眼（neovascularglaucoma，NVG）患者选择治疗方案的因素。方法：回顾性分析2007年1月至2012年1月苏州大学附属第一医院眼科收治的49例（49只眼）NVG患者的临床资料，根据患者的年龄将其划分为两组，≥60岁为老年组，〈60岁为非老年组，比较两组患者治疗方式的差异，并分析经济因素与其治疗方式的相关性。结果：老年患者选择眼球摘除和药物保守的消极治疗方式的百分率远高于非老年患者，72．41％的老年患者选择消极治疗方式，两组间有显著性差异（P=0．023），而非老年患者中选择积极治疗方式的占大多数（65％）。分析比较不同收入的老年患者，发现80％有稳定收入的老年患者选择治疗费用高的方案。结论：与非老年组相比，老年患者的经济条件是影响患者选择治疗方案的主要因素。

The Factors Affecting the Choice of Treatment of Neovascular Glaucoma in Elderly＊

Obje, tive： To study the factors affecting the treatments selection of old patients with neovascular glaucoma （NVG）. Methods： Clinical data with NVG admitted to the first affiliated hospital of Soochow University from January 2007 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the patient＇s age, we divided the patients into two group, 〉 60 years old group and 〈60 years old group. Analyzes the relationship between the causes, income and treatment selection. Results： Old patients chose negative treatments including enucleation and medicine is much higher than the percentage of young patients. 72.41% old patients chose negative treatments. There is significant difference between two groups. Most of young patients chose active treatment. 80% old patients with stable income chose positive treatments, such as glaucoma valve, PPV. Conclusion： Compared with the young group, income was the most important factor which affected the selection ofneovascular glaucoma in elderly.
