Small-angle X-ray scattering studies have been conducted on solutions of 11S and 7S globulins isolated from peas (Pisum sativum cv. Filby), and the radii of gyration and molecular weights determined. The general features of the scattering curves were similar to those reported for other seed storage proteins. |
