威克伤治疗慢性胫骨骨感染26例体会

目的:探讨采用威克伤负压吸引系统治疗慢性胫骨骨感染的疗效。方法:回顾性分析26例慢性胫骨骨感染以威克伤治疗的效果。结果:有23例随访,随访时间3～18月,平均5．6月。治愈22例,治愈率95．7%。有1例一直创口不愈合并溢脓。结论:针对慢性胫骨骨感染有病灶清除的难彻底性、药物的耐药性、病区组织的缺血性的病理特点,采用威克伤负压吸引系统治疗可获得良效。具有治疗时间短、伤口愈合快、操作方法简单、价格低廉、可接受性强,是临床上值得推广的治疗方法。

Experience of 26 Cases of Chronic Tibia Infection Treated with Vacuseal

Objective:To discuss the chronic tibia infection treated with the system of Vacuseal vacuum suction.Meth- ods:26 cases of chronic tibia infection were treated with Vacuseal,which was retrospectively analysed.Results:23 cases were fol- lowed-up for 3-18 months with an average of 5-6 months.22 cases were cured,the cure rate was 95.7%.Only one case's wound was not healed with pyorrhea.Conclusion:Because the chronic tibia infection was usually hard to be dealt with,using the system of Vacuseal vacuum suction can obtain good effect,besides,it is cheap,acceptable,simple and easy to operate,with short time of treatment and quick healing,which is worth spreading in clinical application.
