| 摘 要： | 半胱氨酸蛋白酶（caspase）家族成员是近两年来发现的在细胞凋亡过程中起关键作用的酶，对其深入研究有助于揭示细胞凋亡的发生机制，阐明不同疾病的发病机理。本文介绍了Caspase家族及其在细胞凋亡中的研究近况。
