| 摘 要： | 洛铂是第三代铂类抗肿瘤新药。大量研究表明，洛铂应用于体腔灌注化疗，与顺铂相比疗效相当或更高，且安全性和耐受性更好；对于既往接受过其他铂类药物体腔灌注化疗失败的患者，洛铂的疗效肯定，且不良反应轻微。洛铂是体腔灌注化疗的理想药物。综述洛铂体腔灌注化疗的临床研究进展。

| Abstract: | As the third generation platinum drug, lobaplatin is safe and effective for intracavitary instillation, compared with cisplatin, and having safety and tolerability than cisplatin. For those who had received prior platinum-body cavity infusion chemotherapy, lobaplatin is also effective, with mild adverse reactions. Lobaplatin is the ideal drug for intracavitary instillation. The new progresses of clinical studies for intracavitary instillation on malignant pleuroperitoneal cavity hydrops were reviewed. |
