| Abstract: | Nitrogenases from Anabaena cylindrica and Chloropseudomonas ethylicum were partially purified into two components. A. cylindrica fraction I protein complemented fraction II protein from C. ethylicum. However, the reciprocal cross between C. ethylicum fraction I and A. cylindrica fraction II was negative. |
