Noggin 对脑缺血大鼠自主神经系统活动的影响

摘    要:高血脂Wister大鼠结扎双侧颈总动脉制作缺血性脑损伤模型,检测noggin注射组、缺血模型组以及对照组大鼠的自主神经系统活性,探讨重组蛋白noggin对脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用.结果表明缺血模型组大鼠的脑电图频谱表现出明显的缺血样改变,而noggin注射组大鼠的脑电图谱和对照组类似.Noggin注射组大鼠心率变异性指标的中频与高频的比值低于缺血模型组,肾交感神经活动也显著低于缺血模型组,表明noggin对脑缺血再灌注损伤后的自主神经功能活动异常具有一定的改善作用.

Abstract:This study examined the responses of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) responses to noggin administration in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion rats. The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was established by intermittent occlusion of the common carotid arteries on hyperlipidemia rats. Three groups of Wister rats were used in this study including ischemia/reperfusion operation with
intra-cerebroventricular phosphate-buffered saline injection (Veh/stroke group, n=6), ischemia/reperfusion operation with intra-cerebroventricular noggin injection (Noggin/stroke group, n=8) and sham surgery (Control group, n=6). It was found that the percentage power of alpha and theta wave of electroencephalogram (EEG) significantly decreased and that of delta wave was increased in the
Veh/stroke group. However, noggin administration reduced the magnitudes of these changes in the group of Noggin/stroke. Moreover, noggin administration not only reduced the ratio of middle and high frequency (MF/HF) bands of HRV, but also decreased the percentage power of renal sympathetic nerve activity at heart rate frequency in group of Noggin/stroke. The results suggest that in the cerebral
ischemia/reperfusion rats noggin pre-treatment could be associated with improvement of ANS dysfunction.
