| Abstract: | Potent small molecule antagonists for the PAC(1)-R have been discovered. Previously known antagonists for the PAC(1)-R were slightly truncated peptide ligands. The hydrazides reported here are the first small molecule antagonists ever reported for this class B GPCR. |
