Abstract:Abstract

The ability of oligodeoxyxylopyrimidilates to form triplexes with complementary single-stranded DNA at the neutral pH was found. The complex composition, relative strand orientation and base-pairing scheme were determined using electromobility shift assay and thermal denaturation experiments.
