摘    要:对倍他洛尔立体拆分菌株胶红酵(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)DQ832198的培养基组成(碳源、氮源)和其它工艺条件(培养温度、初始pH、装液量)进行了研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了该菌株的最适培养条件为玉米浆1%、蛋白胨0.5%、甘油2%,初始pH 6.0,培养温度28℃,装液量为110 mL/250mL三角瓶。在此条件下,转化率达55.5%,比优化前提高了31.2%。

Abstract:An isolated strain Rhodotorula mucilaginosa DQ832198 was found to be able to stereo-resolve betexalol intermediates. The compositions of its culture medium (both carbon and nitrogen sources) and other technological conditions (temperature, pH and capacity in shaking flask) were investigated. Through single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum culturing conditions of this strain were determined as follows: corn paste 1%, peptone 0.5 %, glycerol 2 %, initial pH 6.0, temperature 28 12, and 110 mL medium in a 500 mL shaking-flask. Under these optimized conditions, the conversion rate was up to 55 %, improved by 31.2% than that of the original.
