Three new geranyl aurones from the leaves of Artocarpus altilis

From the MeOH extract of the leaves of Artocarpus altilis (Moraceae), three new aurones, altilisin H (1), I (2), and J (3), have been isolated together with two known flavonoids. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. All compounds possessed tyrosinase inhibitory activity with IC₅₀ values less than 100 μM, while compounds 1–3 displayed potent α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with IC₅₀ values ranging from 4.9 to 5.4 μM.
