昆虫神经肽allatostatin的研究进展

摘    要:昆虫神经肽咽侧体抑制激素(allatostatin,AST)是一类有几个至几十个氨基酸构成的小肽,它能通过咽侧体抑制保幼激素的合成,从而影响昆虫的生长发育及行为等一系列的生理过程,这使其极有可能成为一种新型控制害虫的杀虫剂。本文就咽侧体抑制激素的分布、功能、结构、代谢与降解进行综述,并探讨了AST的研究方法。

Abstract:Allatostatin (AST),commonly ranging in size from six to eighteen amino acid, are insect neuropeptides that were identified by the ability to inhibit juvenile hormone (JH) biosynthesis by insect corpora allata (CA). So AST can disrupt the physiological process of insect such as insect developing and behavior. This kind of character can be used in insect pest management. Based on the recent research of AST this article summarizes AST structure, function, distribution and metabolism. Additionally, some feasible study ways of AST are also showed in this article.
