| 摘 要： | 宫颈癌发病率在女性恶性肿瘤占第二位。宫颈癌的高危因素很多,如病毒感染、性行为、宫颈病变等因素。大量的研究已经证实人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus HPV)感染是宫颈癌发生的必要条件。近年来,宫颈癌的筛查方法也取得了较大的进展,新发展的薄层液基细胞学(Liquid-based cytology test,LCT)、检测高危型HPVDNA的技术及宫颈癌筛查系统(TruScreen),显著提高了宫颈癌和癌前病变的灵敏性和特异性,从而降低了宫颈癌的发生率。
