P63在子宫内膜样腺癌的表达及意义

摘    要:目的检测正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增生症和子宫内膜样腺癌(endometriod adenocarcinoma,EC)组织中P63的表达,探讨P63与子宫内膜样腺癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测正常子宫内膜(20例),子宫内膜增生症(20例),子宫内膜样腺癌(50例)组织中P63蛋白的表达。结果(1)正常子宫内膜中仅1例增生期内膜中有P63表达,阳性细胞零星分布于极个别腺体的基底部。子宫内膜增生症和子宫内膜样腺癌组织中,P63阳性细胞常相对集中分布于某一区域的腺体或实性巢,染色强。(2)EC组和子宫内膜增生症组P63的阳性率分别为46%和50%,与正常子宫内膜组(5.0%)比较差异有显著性护〈0.05)。子宫内膜增生症组P63的阳性率与EC组比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。(3)P63的表达与EC的分化程度无关(P〉0.05)。结论(1)EC组织中P63阳性细胞可能来源于胚胎时期的未分化细胞,具有多向分化的潜能。(2)P63与EC的发生发展有关,可能起癌基因的作用。(3)P63在子宫内膜增生症组织中高表达,表明P63与子宫内膜的异常增生相关。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of P63 in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrioid adenocarcinoma,and to investigate the correlation between P63 and development and prognosis of endometriod adenocarcinoma. Methods P63 was detected by immunohistochemical staining in 20 cases of normal endometrium, 20 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 50 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Results (1) P63 positive cells were detected in only 1 ease of proliferative endometrium,and P63 expression was focal and weak. In endometrial hyperplasia and endometrioid adenocarcinoma, the expression of P63 was focal and intense. (2) The positive rate of P63 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and endometrial hyperplasia was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium (P 〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between the positive rate of P63 in endometrial hyperplasia and that in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. (3) The expression of P63 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma was not correlated with the histological grade ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion (1) P63 positive cells in endometrioid adenocarcinoma maybe derived from undifferentiated embryonic cells and may be multipotential. (2)P63 is involved in the carcinogenesis of endometrioid adenocarcinoma and may be an oncogene in tumorigenesis.(3) High expression of related with abnormal proliferation.
