糖尿病肾病动物模型的研究进展

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的主要并发症之一,也是终末期肾衰的元凶,其发病机制至今尚未阐明。因此,建立理想的实验动物模型是研究糖尿病肾病发病机制、疾病防治、新药开发的关键环节。本文回顾并分析了有关该疾病模型的国内外文献,从造模方法、发病机制、病理改变、适用条件、模型的优缺点等方面进行比较分析,为选择合适的动物模型应用于糖尿病肾病的研究提供参考。
