摘    要:从木榄胚轴中分离出7个苯丙素类化合物,运用波谱学确定了化合物结构,分别鉴定为莨菪亭(1)、Balanophonin(2)、开环异落叶松脂素(3)、臭失菜素A(4)、松脂素(5)、5'-甲氧基-(-)-松脂素(6)、Lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranosides(7)。化合物1,3,7对肿瘤细胞株A549显示出弱抑制活性,IC50值分别为290.2、323.0、209.3μg/mL。除化合物3和5以外,其他化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Seven phenylpropanoids were isolated from the hypocotyls of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica,Sephadex LH-20 gel,and HPLC and structurally identified by spectral analysis. The compounds were identified as Scopoletin(1),Balanophonin(2),Secoisolariciresinol(3),Cleomiscosin A(4),Pinoresinol(5),Medioresinol(6),and Lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranosides(7). Anti-tumors activity bioassay indicated that compounds 1,3 and 7 had weak cytotoxicity toward human cancer cell lines A549 with IC50 of 290.2,323.0,and 209.3 μg/mL,respectively. All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time except 3 and 5.
