摘    要:
L-赖氨酸发酵过程中合理且充分供氧是提高发酵产量主要途径之一。大型发酵罐的供氧主要取决搅拌、通气量和装液比例等。通过分析初始装液比例对赖氨酸发酵的影响,发现不同初始装液比例的发酵规律。结果表明,合适的初始装液比例(55%)在相同发酵周期内可以有效提高产量13.54%。

Abstract:
One of the important factors influencing lysine fermentation is the regulation strategies of dissolved oxygen(DO). The DO of industrial fermentation is influenced by stirring system, aeration rate, initial medium volume, etc. The effects of initial medium volume on lysine fermentation and the fermentation mechanisms under different initial medium volume were analyzed in this study. The results showed that lysine fermentation production could be improved 13.54% under a reasonable initial medium volume (55 %).
