酵母菌对重金属离子吸附的研究

摘    要:以6属33株酵母菌的活菌或死菌对重金属离子Cu2+、Cd2+和Ni2+进行了吸附能力的初步研究。结果显示∶吸附时间、吸附温度、溶液的pH、共存离子和菌体的生理状态对吸附作用都有明显的影响。在优化组合后发现一株假丝酵母菌对三种重金属离子的吸附比为Cd2+>Cu2+>Ni2+,每克活菌体吸附量分别为17.23mg>10.57mg>3.2mg。干菌体对三种重金属的吸附量较明显的低于活菌体的吸附量。

STUDY ON HEAVY METAL BIOSORPTION OF YEASTS

Abstract:Biosorption of 33 strains of live yeasts or nonliving yeasts in six genera to heavy metal ions Cu 2+ 、Cd 2+ 、Ni 2+ was primarily studied. The result shows that the uptake time, temperature, pH, the presence of other metals, mycelial ages and live or dead cells have obviously affected on biosorption. Under the condition of optimum combination, a Candida sp. was found, having uptake capacity order of Cd 2+ >Cu 2+ >Ni 2+ to the three metals adsorbability of per gram live cells is 17.23mg>10.57mg>3.2mg respectively. Adsorbability of dry cells is obviously lower than that of live cells to the three heavy metals.
