蛹虫草饲料添加剂的研究现状及展望

摘    要:蛹虫草饲料添加剂包括蛹虫草子实体、蛹虫草培养残基、蛹虫草及其培养残基提取物、蛹虫草菌固液发酵产物、 微生物发酵蛹虫草残基等产品。蛹虫草饲料添加剂含有粗蛋白、粗脂肪、氨基酸等营养成分,以及虫草素、腺苷、多糖等活性成分,在畜禽、反刍动物、水产品等动物养殖中的应用均获得较好的 效果。对蛹虫草子实体、蛹虫草培养残基、蛹虫草及其培养残基提取物、利用蛹虫草菌及培养残基制作发酵饲料等蛹虫草饲料添加剂在动物养殖中的研究应用进行了总结,对存在的问题及发展前景进行了探讨及展望。

Abstract:Cordyceps militaris feed additives including C. militaris fruit body, C. militaris culture residues, C. militaris and its culture residues extract, C. militaris solid-liquid fermentation products, microbial fermentation C. militaris residues and other products. C. militaris feed additive contains crude protein, crude fat, amino acid and other nutrients, as well as cordycepin, adenosine, polysaccharide and other active ingredients. It has been used in animal breeding of livestock, ruminants, aquatic products and other animals to achieve good results. In this paper, the research and application of C. militaris feed additives in animal breeding, such as fruity body, C. militaris culture residue, C. militaris and its culture residue extract, and the production of fermented feed by C. militaris culture residue were summarized, and the existing problems and development prospects were discussed and prospected.
