现代质谱技术在蛋白质组学中的应用及其最新进展

摘    要:简述了蛋白质组学的概念、内容和意义,重点综述了现代质谱技术在蛋白质组学中的应用,主要包括蛋白质和肽段的鉴定和定量、蛋白质翻译后修饰的鉴定和蛋白质间相互作用的检测等。随着新的高质量精确度、分辨率、灵敏度和通量质谱仪的出现,现代质谱技术在蛋白质组学中的应用将越来越广泛,并给蛋白质组学研究带来新的机遇。

Abstract:As life science enters a new era,post genome era,proteomics has been the hot topic of research.This review not only outlines basic concepts,research scopes and profound magnificence of proteomics,but also introduces the basic principle of mass spectrometry technology and its specific application in proteomic research which includes the identification and quantification of peptides and proteins,characterization of post-translational modification and protein linkage mapping.In a word,mass spectrometry has already played a vital role in proteomics study and with its continuous advances it is bound to play a more and more important part in proteomics study.
