| Abstract: | Callus culture was derived from haploid barley embryos after crossing withHordeum bulbosum. The callus tissue is cytologically heterogeneous, containing haploid, diploid and polyploid cells. Aneuploidy and karyokinetic irregularities were also observed. Some problems of chromosomal instabilities in plant tissue cultures are discussed. |
