摘    要:本实验采用40 个随机引物对低能离子束介导紫玉米全DNA 转化水稻早籼213 获得的8 个玉米稻株系基因组DNA 进行RAPD检测。其中36 个随机引物得到扩增图谱。统计分析图谱中的各类扩增带,其中变异株系与早籼213 的相似率为91.2—95.5% 。差异带占总带数的8.9—17.7% ,说明外源DNA 导入受体细胞引起后代基因组DNA 的显著变异,这些变异很可能是表型及生理性状变异得以稳定遗传的物质基础。

Abstract:Eight maize rice line, developed by low energy ion beammediated transferring maize DNA into rice EI213, have stronger root system and exhibit purple red character of maize in shoot, glumal tip and stigma. Also the photosynthetic efficiency of maize rice have increased by averaged 84% compared with that of the EI213. Genomes of the 8 maize rice, original EI213 and maize were analyzed by RAPD with 40 10mer primers. Polymorphic fingerprints were obtained from 36 primers. Different kinds of amplified bands in RAPD patterns were calculated and analyzed, the similarity of maize rice and EI213 ranged 91.295.5%. The variant bands between maize rice and EI213 counted for 8.917.7% of the total bands of each line. The result indicated that exogenous DNA introduced into rice induced remarkable variation in progeny genomes. Those hereditary changes in plant phenotype and physiology may due to the genomes variation.
