| Abstract: | The synthesis of new conformationally biased cyclic pentapeptides, incorporating the RGD sequence, and built around a tetrahydroazoninone scaffold, is reported. They exhibit interesting activity towards integrin alphaVbeta3 and a remarkable selectivity in comparison with integrin alphaVbeta5. |
