| Abstract: | (+)-Deoxoartemisitene and its C-11, 13 derivatives were synthesized from artemisinic acid via a short and regiospecific process and several derivatives show 10-20 times more in vitro antimalarial activities against Plasmodium falciparum than artemisinin. |
