| 摘 要： | 测定了蛋白核小球藻粉的蛋白质含量及18种氨基酸组分，用氨基酸分(AAS)、必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)等指标对蛋白核小球藻粉氨基酸营养进行评价。结果表明：蛋白核小球藻粉粗蛋白和必需氨基酸含量高，是一种优良的饲料蛋白源。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the contents of protein and 18 kinds of amino acids in the powder of Chlorella pyrenoidosa were determined.Its using value for feeding was evaluated by amino acid score (AAS) and essential amino acid index (EAAI).The results indicated that the total contents of crude protein and essential amino acids in the powder were high comparing with some diet composition used in feed industry and it is a kind of valuable resources of single cell protein (SCP) worthy of exploitation and utilization. |
