| Abstract: | Wnt proteins form a family of highly conserved and secreted signal molecules,regulating interactions between cells during embryogenesis.In the past years,the different signaling pathways triggered by Wnt proteins have been elucidated in detail.Mutations in Wnt genes or Wnt pathway components lead to developmental defects,while various human diseases,including cancer,which are caused by abnormal Wnt signaling.Many lines of evidences have revealed deregulated Wnt signal pathways in development or progression ... |
