健康人群和住院患者绿脓杆菌分离调查分析

本文调查了成都市第三人民医院住院病人,不同年龄组和不同标本PA绿脓杆菌的分离情况,经调查指出,住院病人PA分离率明显高于健康人群,而住院病人又以外科为最高。无论健康人群和住院病人,婴儿组和老年组均明显高于中青年组,尤以住院病人更为突出,故应对此类人群采取预防保护措施。不同标本分离率、健康人群和住院病人均以肛门分离率最高,分别为11.7％和21％,说明PA肠源性感染问题应引起重视。在所分离的菌株中,经血清学分型,住院病人的菌型十分集中,主要为1和6型二者合占56.7％,应当考虑到该医院存在医院感染问题。

Survey of the Isolation Rates of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa among Normal Population and Inpatients

The isolation rates for Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) among normal population (NP) and inpatients(IP) at different age were investigated in a hospital. PA isolation rate in IP was significantly higher than that in NP. Higher PA isola- tion rate was found in surgical department than in any other one of the hospital. In infant and aged groups especially among the IP, there was higher PA isolation rate than in young group. Taking some protective measures for those population was needed. Higher PA isolation rate was found in specimens from anus of NP (11.7%) and IP(21%) than in specimens from any other body parts. This indicated the possibility of en- tero-route-acquired infection. Those strains isolated from the above mentioned sites expressed limited serotypes, mainly type 1 and 6, both 56.7% of the total. Under such condition, hospital-acquired infection in the sungieal wandg this hospital should be considered.
