茶提取物和茶多酚抗突变机理研究进展

摘    要:茶提取物和茶多酚的防癌抗突变作用在国内外的实验研究中已得到充分证明。本文就茶及茶多酚的生物抗突变作用、去突变作用、抗氧化作用对酶活性的调节作用等抗突变机理的研究状况进行了综述,以期为茶及茶多酚的进一步开发应用提供理论参考。

Abstract:The antimutagenese of tea extract and tea polyphenols have been testified fully in home and overseas study.The antimutagenic mechanism,which includes Bio antimutagenese,Desmutagenese,antioxidation,adjustment to enzyme activity and so on,is summarized in this paper.It is hoped that this paper can provide theoretical reference for farther application of tea extract and tea polyphenols.
