摘    要:温室条件下,对硫胁迫与供硫充足的油菜植株,分别用L-甲硫氨酸和硒酸盐(SeO^2-4)代替营养液中的硫酸协以及增加SO^2-4供应浓度的方法,探讨了不同处理对油菜植株硫甙合成积累的影响,结果说明,增加供硫浓度可明显促进硫甙的合成速率,且在48h内以两个供硫水平的植株皆呈密切的二次回归递增趋势,SeO^2-4对植株甙的合成积累具有强烈的阻抑效应,并对供硫充足的植株影响更大,48h内呈直线下降,L-甲

Abstract:The accumulation of sulphur and selenium containing compounds and their effects on glucosinolates in plant tissues of oilseed rape ( Brassica napus) was investigated. To study the effects of treatments on accumulation of glucosinolates in plant tissues, L methionine, selenate (SeO 2- 4 ) were used to replace sulphate (SO 2- 4 ) or increased SO 2- 4 supply in the nutrient solutions used in the culture of oilseed rape seedlings with sulphur (S) stress and sufficient. The results indicated that synthetic rates of glucosinolate were significantly correlated with S supply. There was a strongly adverse effect of SeO 2- 4 on glucosinolate accumulation. It was a more strong effect for sufficient S supplied plants, and the glucosinolate concentration was linearly decreased with time. There was a similar pattern but not so strongly by the treatment of L methionine compared with SO 2- 4 concentration increased. Antagonistic function to glucosinolate synthesis existed in the treatment of L methionine plus SeO 2- 4 .
