Abstract: | Abstract A comparative study of the protein and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) profiles of 8 strains of Haemophilus ducreyi revealed that protein patterns remained unaffected by changes in medium composition, atmospheric conditions and temperature. In contrast, the LPS patterns exhibited marked variations under the different cultural conditions. |
