Peculiar properties of the seasonal development of Thymus extremus Klokov (Lamiaceae) in the course of introduction

For three years, the peculiar properties of the seasonal development of Siberia endemic Thymus extremus Klokov (Lamiaceae) during introduction were studied. Special attention was given to the formation of the generative sphere of the species. The presence of the following two types of flowers was found: bisexual and partly androsterile. Partly androsterile flowers for this species are revealed for the first time. The probability of the influence of climatic factors on the formation of flowers of different types in Th. extremus is discussed.
