双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿厌食症的疗效及预防复发作用

目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿厌食症的疗效及预防复发作用。方法将88例小儿厌食症患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患儿均予以纠正不良饮食习惯、健胃消食药和葡萄糖酸锌等常规治疗。观察组患儿加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片2片，2次／d，连用6周。对照组患儿除不使用双歧杆菌四联活菌片余治疗同观察组。观察两组患儿治疗后临床疗效及药物不良反应情况，并比较治疗后随访半年和1年内的复发率。结果治疗6周后，观察组患儿的总有效率为93．18％，明显高于对照组的77．27％（x^2=4．42，P〈0．05）；两组患儿治疗期间未发生明显的药物不良反应；对治疗有效者进行随访，观察组患儿半年和1年内的复发率均明显低于对照组（x^2=5．07和5．66，P〈0．05）。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗小儿厌食症的疗效较好，安全性佳，并能降低其复发率，具有预防复发的作用。

Curative and preventive effects of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets on infantile anorexia

Objective To discuss the curative effect and reoccurrence prevention of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets on infantile anorexia. Methods 88 children with infantile anorexia were divided into observation group and control group at random. Both groups were given routine medical treatment including adjustment of poor eating habit, digestive and stomachic agents, and Zinc Gluconate etc. , while the observation group were additionally given 2 Bifidobacterium Tetravaceine Tablets twice a day for 6 weeks. The clinical curative effect and drug adverse reaction in both groups after treatment was observed, and the reoccurrence rates at half year and one year after the treatment were compared. Results After 6 weeks＇ medical treatment, the total efficiency in observation group was 93.18% , which was much higher than that in control group （77.27%） （X^2 = 4.42, P 〈 0.05 ）. No obvious drug adverse effects appeared in children in both groups during the treatment. The reoccurrence rates at half year and one year in observation group were much lower than those in control group （X^2 = 5.07 and 5.66, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets has favorable curative effect on infantile anorexia with high safety profile, and can reduce the reoccurrence rate.
