| 摘 要： | 我们对小鼠白色念珠菌肾盂肾炎模型动物使用了几种免疫调节剂（酵母多糖、狗枣猕猴桃寡糖、转移因子），结果表明，免疫调节剂可降低肾内活菌数、减轻肾病理改变，提高脾细胞对ＣｏｎＡ、ＬＰＳ的反应性、增加ＩＬ－２产生、使血清凝集效价增高。其中，以酵母多糖效果最为明显，其次为狗枣猕猴桃寡糖、转移因子。

| Abstract: | Apyelonephritis model of mouse caused by C.albicans infectionwas established the results of the administration of immunomodulatorson the model showed that the immunolnodulators have effects of lowertnglive fungus number in kidney, alleviating severity of the pathogeniclesions,enhancing the respon-sibility of spleencytes of immune stimulators(ConA,LPS),promoting IL-2 production and raising the serumagglutination titer of the model animal.Among the immunomodula-tor(yeast polysaccharide,AKOS,transfer factor),the yeast polysaccharidelias the most remarkable immunoregulation effect. |
