摘 要: | 精神分裂症是一类遗传倾向性较高的多基因疾病。近年来,随着遗传学和分子生物学为主的多学科研究技术的快速发展,不断有新的易感基因报道;一些重要易感基因的生物学功能及其在该疾病发病机制中的作用研究也取得了一定进展。

Abstract: | Schizophrenia is a highly heritable polygenic disorder. With the improvement of multi-disciplinary technologies especially in the genetic and molecular biologic fields, a large num- ber of new risk genes have been reported in recent years. Significant progress has been achieved in studying function of certain crutial susceptibility genes and their contribution to disease pathogenesis. |
