摘    要:红掌(Anthurium andraeanum Lind.)是世界名贵花卉,其花独特,佛焰苞艳丽,瓶插寿命长,作为切花栽培有很高的经济价值.慈菇蛋白酶抑制剂是来源于慈菇储藏器官(根茎)的一种天然抗虫物质,属于丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂类,能抑制胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶和激肽释放酶,对某些鳞翅目、双翅目以及鞘翅目等昆虫有毒杀作用.通过激光微束穿刺法将构建的含抗虫基因API-A、API-B和选择性标记基因NPT-Ⅱ的质粒pBUBA导人红掌细胞中,通过卡那霉素抗性筛选和聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术分析表明,抗卡那霉素的绿苗中大部分为阳性植株.

Abstract:The Anthurium is known as a famous and precious cutflower in the world because it is a type of beautiful,bright ornamental foliage and longer vaselite.As a cutflower,it will be worth of great value in the future.Arrowhead proteinase inhibitor(API),one kind of pure natural material,was derived from storage organ of Sagittaria trifolia.It belongs to serine proteinase inhibitor,and can inhibit trypsin,chymotrysin and kallikrein.Furthermore,API is toxic to some species of insects such as Lepidotera,Coleoptera a...
