摘    要:根据正交试验设计的原理,采用Microsoft Excel软件编制优化微生物培养条件的程序,并以实例说明了该程序的使用方法。结果表明,用户只需输入试验的原始数据,即可快速、准确地进行直观分析和方差分析,并可根据极差值得出最佳工艺条件,从而大大提高微生物发酵的效率。

Abstract:Based on the principle of orthogonal test design, Microsoft Excel data proceeding for fermentation condition optimization were established, and then the usage of it was illustrated with an example. The results showed that the procedure could calculate visual analysis , analysis of variance and obtain the optimum culturing conditions according to the R value quickly and accurately after the user input raw data of test. Therefore, it could obviously improve the fermentation efficiency of microbe.
