In Laboratory diagnosis experiment teaching.the source of morphology sample,such as tube group urine and pathology CSF etc.is very difficulty.Because source of sample is randomness but the class time is regular.It is difficulty for experiment teaching.For this reason.we must research preserve and preparation of morphology sample.The author is by way of practice and searching in many years,acquires some method that preserve and preparation of morphology sample.So we not only ensure teaching but also lighten difficulty for search sample.
