生长抑素在自血光动力学疗法治疗动物移植瘤中的改变

摘    要:本研究选用皮下接种W256瘤细胞株形成实验性荷瘤大鼠,观察光动力学疗法对移植瘤大鼠肿瘤生长的影响及组织中生长抑素含量的改变。

Abstract:rats were implanted W256 tumor cells by subcutaneous vaccination at groin. Then, the effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) and radiotherapy enhanced sensitivity on the growth of tumor and somatostantin(SS) were studied. The results were as follows:(1) The growth of tumor was significantly slow after the rats were transfused blood with ultraviolet radiation,oxygen and hematoporphyrin derivative(HPD) (P<0.01).(2)the contents of SS in hypothalamus, midbrain,pons and medulla, liver,tumor and plasma were significantly increased after the rats were implanted tumor cells(P<0.05-0.01).But the contents of SS were signifcantly decreased after PDT (P<0.01). The results indicate that PDT may inhibit the growth of tumor, and the contents of SS changed in the process.
