摘    要:介绍一种从非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中回收和纯化目标DNA片段的方法,经比较回收纯化前后PCR产物的电泳结果,表明该方法具有简单快捷和效率高的优点。

Abstract:A method of recovering and purifying DNA fragments from nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel was reported.PCR products amplified from the recovered DNA samples were detected by nondenaturing polyacylamide gel electrophoresis and compared with those from the original DNA samples isolated from rice seedlings.Results showed that this rapid method can efficiently recover the target DNA fragments from nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel.
