红豆杉科植物RAPD分析及其系统学意义

摘    要:利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术分析了红豆杉科(Taxaceae)红豆杉属(Taxus)、白豆杉属(Pseudotaxus)、穗花杉属(Amentotaxus)和榧树属(Torreya)的6种植物:红豆杉(Taxus chinensis (Pilger)Rehd)、南方红豆杉(Taxus chinensis var.mairei(Lemee etLevl.)Cheng etMaireYew

Abstract:Six species of Taxus,Pseudotaxus,Amentotaxus and Torreya within Taxaceae were analyzed using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers.80 primers from 4 Operon kits were screened by RAPD,while 14 selected primers were able to produce clear polymorphic patterns.The results generated by using UPGMA algorithm to cluster genetic distance calculated from RAPD data imply:(1) the treatment of recognizing Taxus chinensis var. mairei as a varity is more reasonable than that of dividing Taxus chinensis into 2 separate species.(2) Amentotaxus is better placed in the Taxaceae than in a separated family.(3) It is suported to assign Pseudotaxus chienii to a separate genus in Taxaceae.(4) It is agreed that only Torreya is included in trib Torreya .
