| 摘 要： | 在硅胶G薄层板上用氯仿:甲醇:水(38:12:2)分离出Stevioside。用蒽酮—硫酸试剂显色,然后用上海72型—分光光度计在620nm波长比色,测出甜叶菊中Stevioside的含量。本法回收率为96.50±0.539％。

DETERMINATION OF STEVIOSIDE IN STEVIA REBAUDIANA BERTONI |

| Abstract: | Stevioside can be separated on Silica gel G with chloroform-methanol - water (38: 12: 2). The areas of the spots were detected with antheron-sulfuric acid. The content of Stevioside in the leaves was determined by colorimetric method with a 72 spectrophotometer = 620nm. The recovery percentage of the method was 96.5±0.539%. |
