摘    要:用细胞内记录法测定了201个培养的大鼠颈动脉体球细胞的膜电位及输入电阻。在连二硫酸钠(Na2S2O4)造成缺氧(Po2,1.3-8.0kPa)条件下,细胞簇内球细胞与游离球细胞对缺氧的反应不同。82%以上的细胞簇内球细胞发生去极化和输入电阻降低,而60%的游离球细胞产生超极化和输入电阻增加。细胞簇内球细胞与游离球细胞反应不同的主要原因可能取决于支持细胞存在与否。细胞簇内球细胞常被支持细胞的突起所包绕,而游离的球细胞则无支持细胞的包绕。也可能存在不同功能的球细胞。

Abstract:Intracellular recording of membrane potential and input resistance was made in cultured glomus cells of rat carotid bodies. Hypoxia(Po2,1.3-8.0 kPa), induced by Na-dithionite(Na2S2O4),differently affected clustered and isolated cells.More than 82% of clustered cells weredepolarized and their input resistance decreased,whereas about 60 % of isolated cells werehyperpolarized and their input resistance increased.Differences between clustered and isolatedcells seemed to be conditioned by the sustentacular cells.Their processes surrounded clusteredeells.but were absent around isolated ones.However.there may also be functionally differentglomus cells which may or may not correspond to the different types as described anatomically.
