| Abstract: | Summary Reversing the amino acid sequence of a dipeptide produces distinct differences in how they partition between a polyethylene glycol/potassium phosphate aqueous two-phase system. The partition coefficients for twenty-three dipeptides in this biphasic system are recorded. |
