不同脂肪源对管角螺生长和体成分的影响

摘    要:在基础配合饲料中添加(4%)不同脂肪源鱼油、猪油、豆油、花生油、混合油I(鱼油:豆油=1:1)、混合油Ⅱ(鱼油:猪油:豆油:花生油=1:1:1:1)]配制成6组实验饲料,对体重(2.23±0.05)g的管角螺幼螺进行60d的饲养试验。结果表明,鱼油组摄食率(34.10g/d·ind·10^3)、增重率(64.33%)和特定生长率(0.79%)最高,与混合油I组没有显著差异(P〉0.05),并显著高于其他各组(P〈0.05),最低的为猪油组;肝体比没有显著差异(P〉0.05),猪油组最高(1.33),混合油I组最低(1.22);饲料转化率和存活率没有显著差异(P〉0.05);鱼油组粗蛋白含量(肌肉:18.35%;肝脏:17.55%)显著高于猪油组、豆油组、花生油组和混合油Ⅱ组,猪油组(2.96%)和鱼油组(2.86%)肝脏粗脂肪含量显著高于其他各组(P〈0.05),水分和灰分没有显著差异(P〉0.05);鱼油组EPA(肌肉:4.44%;肝脏:5.89%)和DHA(肌肉:4.53%;肝脏:5.65%)含量,n-3/n-6(肌肉:1.57;肝脏:1.69)均最高.与混合油I组没有显著差异(P〉0.05)。从人体健康和生产角度来说,以混合油I作为管角螺脂肪源不但可以得到较好的生长效果,还可以节约饲料成本。

Abstract:Different lipids fish oil (FO), lard oil (LO), soybean oil (SO), peanut oil (PO), mixed oil I (MO I) (FO :SO = 1 : 1 ), and mixed oil II ( MOII) ( FO : LO : SO: PO = 1 : 1 : 1 : 1 ) ] were added (4%) to the basic dietary to feed the juvenile Hemifu- sus tuba (weight 2. 23g +0.05 g) for 60 days. The result showed that the FR (34. 10 g · d^-1 · ind^-1 · 10-3 ), WGR (64. 33% ), and SGR (0. 79% ) of FO group were equivalent to those of MO I group (P 〉 0.05 ), but they were significant higher than those of the other groups (P 〈 O. 05), and the lowest was LO group. The HSI was no significant difference between groups, the highest was LO group ( 1.33), and the lowest was MO I group (1.22). There is no significant difference between FCR and SR. The crude protein ( muscle : 18.35 % ; liver: 17.55% ) of FO group was significant higher than that of LO, SO, PO, and MOII groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the crude lipid of liver in LO group (2. 96% ) and FO group (2. 86% ) was significant higher than that in other groups (P 〈0. 05) ; there was no significant difference between moisture and ash ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The EPA ( muscle: 4. 44% ; liver: 5.89% ), DHA ( muscle: 4. 53% ; liver: 5.65% ), and n - 3/n - 6 ( muscle: 1.57 ; liver: 1.69) of FO group were the highest and there was no significant difference with MO I group (P 〉 O. 05 ). Considering the body healthy and production, selecting MO I as the lipid source of Hemifusus tub can not only obtain good growth, but also save diet costs.
