黄酮类化合物的抗癌作用及作用机制

摘    要:黄酮类化合物在自然界尤其是植物中大量存在,具有广泛的生物学作用。近年来,大量的实验证据和流行病学证据表明,黄酮类化合物能预防和治疗多种癌症。黄酮类化合物的抗癌机制主要与其抑制癌细胞增殖并诱导凋亡、抑制癌细胞迁移、抑制新生血管形成、抗氧化、抗炎症和提高机体免疫力这几个方面有关。就上述几个方面的相关研究进行了综述。

Abstract:Flavonoids, which are ubiquitous in plants, have been proved to have a wide range of beneficial activity. In recent years, experimental results and epidemiologic investigations of a number of studies showed that flavonoids can prevent and treat cancers. The mechanisms of acticancer have been identified, including inhibition of proliferation, induction of apoptosis, inhibition of migration and angiogenesis, antioxidation, anti-inflammatory, and improvement of immunity. This review focuses on the anticancer activity of flavonoids as well as their molecular mechanisms.
