摘    要:通过重复试验方差分析获得误差方差以探索只利用B、:2和B2:2或F2:3家系世代鉴定多基因存在的方法,混合分布参数的估计采用IECM算法,以油菜株高B1:2和B2:2家系平均数资料和千粒重F2:3家系平均数资料为例阐明该方法。

Abstract:After environmental variance for replication experiment was estimated by analysis of variance, the likelihood ratio test was used to identify the existence of polygenes for B1:2 and B2:2 or F2:3 families. The iterated ECM(IECM) algorithm was used to obtain maximum likelihood estimates of the parameters in sample likelihood function. An example of the genetic analysis of plant height and weight per 1000 seeds of a rape cross was used to illuminate the above procedure.
