| Abstract: | We studied the possibility of stimulating physical activity in experimental animals using alginic acid, a polysaccharide isolated from a brown alga Laminaria cichorioides(family Laminaraceae). It is shown that the alginic acid increases working capacity, prevents fatigue, and activates restoration processes after muscular activity. |
