摘    要:
恶性胶质瘤是最常见的中枢神经系统肿瘤,随着对肿瘤分子机制理解的深入,分子靶向疗法渐成热点。这一新疗法能改善肿瘤患者的治疗效果,同时降低药物毒性,属于肿瘤的生物治疗范畴,其原理主要是针对在肿瘤发生发展过程中一些起关键作用的分子机制进行干预而达到抗肿瘤的目的。其有助于提高患者生存质量、延长生存时间,为攻克胶质瘤带来了希望。

Abstract:
Malignant glioma is the most common malignant tumor of central nervous system . Advance in our congnition of the molecular mechanism of cancers has led to targeted molecular therapies that may permit the improvement of therapeutic efficacy and reduce the toxicity of drugs. Targeted molecular therapy belongs to biotherapy. Its theory is: aiming at the some critical molecular mechanism of the malignant glioma,in order to cure the glioma.
